Red Velvet Stack Pancakes 🥞
Ingredients
For the Glaze
- 1/2 cup icing sugar (sifted)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract (clear vanilla for a bright white glaze ✨)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together.
- 2️⃣ In a jug, whisk all wet ingredients until just combined—don’t overmix!
- 3️⃣ Heat a pan over medium-low heat & lightly grease with butter or oil.
- 4️⃣ Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- 5️⃣ Stack them up & mix the glaze until smooth.
- 6️⃣ Drizzle glaze over the pancakes.
- 7️⃣ Serve with fresh berries, extra glaze & enjoy!
