red velvet cake mix (or any red velvet cake mix)

plain flour

egg (room temp)

vanilla extract

cups buttermilk
Butter/oil for greasing
For the Glaze
1/2
cup
icing sugar (sifted)

tbsp
milk

tbsp
vanilla extract (clear vanilla for a bright white glaze ✨)
A pinch of salt
Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together.
2️⃣ In a jug, whisk all wet ingredients until just combined—don’t overmix!
3️⃣ Heat a pan over medium-low heat & lightly grease with butter or oil.
4️⃣ Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, cook until bubbles form, then flip.
5️⃣ Stack them up & mix the glaze until smooth.
6️⃣ Drizzle glaze over the pancakes.
7️⃣ Serve with fresh berries, extra glaze & enjoy!
